Install the Chrome Extension

Get the TurboSender extension from the Chrome Web Store. Click the blue "Add to Chrome" button to install it directly.

💡 The extension will appear as the ⚡ TurboSender icon in your Chrome toolbar. Pin it for easy access.

Open WhatsApp Web & Scan QR

Open WhatsApp Web in a new tab by visiting the address below. Scan the QR code with your phone's WhatsApp app.

Keep this tab open throughout your campaigns. TurboSender talks directly to this WhatsApp Web tab.

⚠️ Don't close the WhatsApp Web tab while a campaign is running — it will pause sending.

Launch TurboSender & Create a Campaign

Click the ⚡ TurboSender icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the Side Panel. Or go to your TurboSender dashboard and click New Campaign in the Composer.

Import your contact list (CSV, Excel or Google Sheet)
Write or pick a message template
Optionally attach media (image, video, PDF)
Set your batch size & delay
Click Launch Campaign

Open WhatsApp on your smartphone (Android or iPhone).

Tap the three-dot menu → Linked Devices → Link a Device.

Point your phone camera at the QR code on web.whatsapp.com.

WhatsApp Web will load your chats. TurboSender is now ready to use.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Check the Chrome Web Store installation page to confirm the extension was added. Reload the extensions page (chrome://extensions) and check if TurboSender appears. Try disabling and re-enabling it.

The most common cause is the WhatsApp Web tab being closed, navigated away, or the screen locking. Keep your computer awake and the WhatsApp Web tab visible. Also ensure your daily message limit hasn't been reached.

This is a WhatsApp Web timeout. Disable any browser extensions (like ad-blockers) that may interfere. Try Chrome in Incognito mode with only the TurboSender extension enabled. Also make sure your phone has a stable internet connection when scanning.

Increase your delay between messages in the Composer → Timing settings (we recommend 3–7 seconds minimum). Reduce your daily batch size. Read our Anti-Ban Guide for complete best practices.

Right-click the TurboSender icon in your Chrome toolbar and select Open Side Panel. If that doesn't appear, ensure you are on a regular webpage (not chrome:// pages) and that the extension has the required permissions. Try reloading the page.
